Staff is Very friendly. Clean facilities, They have a good amount of machines so you don't have to wait around for one. I LOVE the hydro bed, massage chair and tanning bed. (black card membership) well worth it.

Feb 02, 2026This place is so cool. I took a friend to sign up so he can start working out his knee that he had surgery on for some light therapy. He talked with the General Manager Anree Lockheart ( they are in the pics below)he was very nice and informative he took him around and showed him the whole gym. I ran into a friend and Ms. Carolina, another manager who was very sweet, ( that is the pictures below also) helped us by answering all of our questions, and she showed us around the gym. My favorite was the massage machine. That machine is the bomb, do you hear me!! I felt fantastic when I finally got up. We stayed on them until my homie finished talking with Anree. They also have tanning machines, and they have glow machines. The BeautyAngle that you can go in and helps with wrinkles and firming your skin. The bathroom and shower are very nice alsoYou can start with a $14.95 and an annual membership fee for $70 something. Very affordable, plus I am now going as my friends guest a Win Win for both of us Ps. If you're going as a guest, you can only use the front of the gym, nothing in the back. Jan 16, 2026Conchas are always fresh, not a fan of the rest sweet bread but ehh... Food items over priced but it is what it is. Is definitely has variety of food that looks delicious, I haven't try it.

Jan 25, 2026Nice and clean. Great music that motivates you to work out. Cool atmosphere and extra amenities like massage chairs and massage beds for black card members. Low cost memberships between $10-20 a month
Dec 16, 2025Small strip mall includes grocery store focused on Mexican Style groceries. Friendly staff!!!! Diner inside serves authentic Mexican foods. For those who keep in shape, Planet Fitness is also iin this Strip Mall for staying in shape
